36 weeks old

I've been practising sitting up on my own. I'm getting much better at it but Mummy still surrounds me with cushions as I can be a bit top heavy and topple over sometimes! It's a page turner!

35 weeks old

The health visitor came round to give me my 8 month check up. She checked my ability to pick things up and swap them from one hand to the other, checked my spine and pelvis and measured the size of my head. She also gave me a book bag with 2 free books in it which I'll add to my growing library. I've got lots to read!

34 weeks old

Daddy went away to Bristol for a night so Granny stayed over with Mummy to help look after me. It's alot easier now for me to fall asleep on my own - by about 7.30/8.00pm I'm ready for my bed. I like Mummy and Daddy to sing me 'Twinkle Twinkle' - this helps to relax me and get me sleepy.

This week my weigh in at the baby clinic was 17lbs - I'm now over a stone! I think Mummy sometimes gets a bit of a bad back now!

Trying to keep warm in this cold weather!
