32 weeks old

I've officially got my first cough and cold. I was coughing lots at night, had a runny nose and was off my food - but I was a tough cookie and took it all quite well and was still in a generally happy mood most of the time! Mummy took me to the doctors - she said I had a throat infection and prescribed me antibiotics. It tasted a bit like milkshake - it was quite nice! I'm starting to feel much better and my appetite is coming back slowly. My mealtimes were becoming a bit difficult as I just didn't feel like eating and Mummy was worrying that I wasn't eating enough. I've now got a highchair which is really cool but I need to learn to sit up straight in it as I tend to slouch down a bit halfway through my meal. It's nice having a new chair to sit in as I'm just beginning to grow out of my bouncy chair.

31 weeks old

Gosh - I'm now 7 months old! I'm still enjoying my solids and I've moved onto more lumpier foods - I'm getting more used to chewing! I talk more now too - I've even started saying dada dada - I quite like the sound of my own voice and sometimes I talk for ages!

Daddy took me and Mummy for a drive to Putney and we had a very nice walk along the river and I saw the boats and some geese too. Mummy's started taking me to baby singing again - it's nice to see all the other babies growing up and getting big too.

30 weeks old

This week it's been snowing lots! The roads have been a bit icy and slippy so we've been staying indoors alot and trying to keep warm. I had to go for my hearing test this week at the clinic. The doctor did lots of tests on me and said that everything's fine with my hearing and that I was very alert - she'd like to see me again in 3 months though just to double check again.

29 weeks old

So its a brand new year - Happy New Year! I spent my New Years Eve all snuggled up in bed whilst Mummy and Daddy were drinking champagne and watching Jools Holland on the telly - I think it was their first NYE at home and I think they enjoyed it! I was very good that night and slept very well so I didn't interrupt their party - I got Mummy up early tho!

I've had a bit of a stuffy nose this week but nothing too bad - we've been using menthol and nasal drops to help me to breathe better - can't wait for this cold weather to be over!

28 weeks old

I had a really lovely Christmas at Grandmas and Grandpas. I was very lucky and received lots of great pressies and had a yummy christmas dinner! I slept well in my new travel cot which was pretty comfy - some nights I slept better than others. I was up late on Christmas Eve hoping to see Santa but also because Paulie and Bronwyn came over to 'Dave's Bar' so it was nice to see them. They brought me an All Blacks rugby shirt all the way from New Zealand - check me out wearing it in the photo!
